True Love Never Dies, A True Christmas Story
I just found this TRUE STORY and make me cry!
True Love Never Dies, A True Christmas Story
I was walking around in a Target store, when I saw a Cashier hand this little boy some money back. The boy couldn't have been more than 5 or 6 years old.
The Cashier said, 'I'm sorry, but you don't have enough money to buy this doll.'
Then the little boy turned to the old woman next to him: ''Granny, are you sure I don't have enough money?''
The old lady replied: ''You know that you don't have enough money to buy this doll, my dear.''
Then she asked him to stay there for just 5 minutes while she went to look around. She left quickly.
The little boy was still holding the doll in his hand.
Finally, I walked toward him and I asked him who he wished to give this doll to.
'It's the doll that my sister loved most an d wanted so much for Christmas.
She was sure that Santa Claus would bring it to her.'
I replied to him that maybe Santa Claus would bring it to her after all, and not to worry.
But he replied to me sadly. 'No, Santa Claus can't bring it to her where she is now. I have to give the doll to my mommy so that she can give it to my sister when she goes there.'
His eyes were so sad while saying this. 'My Sister has gone to be with God. Daddy says that Mommy is going to see God very soon too, so I thought that she could take the doll with her to give it to my sister.''
My heart nearly stopped..
The little boy looked up at me and said: 'I told daddy to tell mommy not to go yet. I need her to wait until I come back from the mall.'
Then he showed me a very nice photo of himself. He was laughing. He then told me 'I want mommy to take my picture with her so she won't forget me.'
'I love my mommy and I wish she didn't have to leave m e, but daddy says that she has to go to be with my little sister.'
Then he looked again at the doll with sad eyes, very quietly.
I quickly reached for my wallet and said to the boy. 'Suppose we check again, just in case you do have enough money for the doll!''
'OK' he said, 'I hope I do have enough.' I added some of my money to his without him seeing and we started to count it. There was enough for the doll and even some spare money..
The little boy said: 'Thank you God for giving me enough money!'
Then he looked at me and added, 'I asked last night before I went to sleep for God to make sure I had enough money to buy this doll, so that mommy could give it to my sister. He heard me!''
'I also wanted to have enough money to buy a white rose for my mommy, but I didn't dare to ask God for too much. But He gave me enough to buy the doll and a white rose.''
'My mommy loves white roses.'
A few minutes later, the old lady returned and I left with my basket.
I finished my shopping in a totally different state of mind from when I started.
I couldn't get the little boy out of my mind.
Then I remembered a local news paper article two days ago, which mentioned a drunk man in a truck, who hit a car occupied by a young woman and a little girl.
The little girl died right away, and the mother was left in a critical state. The family had to decide whether to pull the plug on the life-sustaining machine, because the young woman would not be able to recover from the coma. Was this the family of the little boy?
Two days after this encounter with the little boy, I read in the news paper that the young woman had passed away.
I couldn't stop myself as I bought a bunch of white roses and I went to the funeral home where the body of the young woman was for people to see and make last wishes before her burial.
She was there, in her coffin, holding a beautiful white rose in her hand with the photo of the little boy and the doll placed over her chest.
I left the place, teary-eyed, feeling that my life had been changed for ever. The love that the little boy had for his mother and his sister is still, to this day, hard to imagine….TRUE LOVE NEVER DIES!

Base frosting recipe for all your deserts!
Base cream (frosting)recipe!
7 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract (vanilla sugar)
Stir eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl until all the ingredients are mixed.
Prepare the double boiler if you do not have one.
A double boiler consists of two pans that fit together snugly--the top pan holds the food; the bottom holds about an inch of PREVIOUSLY boiled or simmering water; don't let the water boil while using it. You can make your own or buy one from the grocery or specialty kitchenware store.
It is very important that the hot water in the lower half of the double boiler never touches the pan above. If it does, you defeat the purpose of a double boiler; the hot water is considered to be direct, hot heat.
Set the bowl with all the ingredients in top of the simmering water and stir continuous until the cream have consistency of thin gravy, better if you check the temperature inside the cream to be 145-150 degrees and in this time the cream is done.
When the cream is cold add 1 pack batter room temperature and stir to incorporate.
Now this cream can be use adding different flavors.

Hi, my name is Marinela Dragan, I am the author of the above discovery. I am a business minded person, with more than 20 years experience in different types of home based businesses.
In 2009 I was the recipient of the BBB Torch Award for Customer Service in Oregon and SW Washington.
I was always impatient when I had to waist 30-40 minutes stirring creams or special sauces while fighting with the hot steam. Somehow I knew that there must be a better solution for this. Pondering about this subject for a while, I came up with a simple and easy solution that will greatly reduce the time and work needed.
I already patented my invention and I am ready to go to the next step: Finding the right investor, to finance the production and marketing of this product.
I hope that my product will stir your interest and looking forward to hear from you and establish a fruitful business relationship.
Sincerely,
Marinela Dragan.

KitchenAid Stand Mixer is my favorite!
About five, six years ago i bought a 6 quart KitchenAid stand mixer. I love it! I did bought than different attachment like: Pasta Roller and Cutter Set, Food Grinder, Ice Cream Maker Bowl. When the time came to use a double boiler technique for my cakes frosting i had to use old style with two pans in top of the stove and stir constantly for 30-40 minutes until my frosting was done.I was looking to buy a double boiler gadget better to save my time.I never found one to reach my expectation.Like i post in the last posting, in 2007 Christmas Eve, stirring my frosting, i had my KitchenAid stand mixer close to me and one question came up in my mind? How come i spend so much money for this mixer and when i need to make something which take so much time and patience i can not use my stand mixer, just to put all the ingredients in a bowl, attach to the mixer and the mixer to do the work? I do want to tell you i use many times double boiler for different thinks all years long and never i was thinking for some changes. Why after many, many years cooking with double boiler my idea came up exactly in Christmas Eve? That something very special for me, i feel like in that night "SOMEBODY" SPOKE WITH ME AND TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO! This now is my dream and i want this dream to became real.I do want to help people to save their time and money when they need to cook with double boiler technique.I do have a working prototype for me is easy now i use my prototype for almost two years now and is working great. You can not imagine how easy is for me now just to attach my double boiler to the mixer, start the mixer, set the clock for 15 minutes and i can do something else or just watch TV and my cream (frosting) are done. This brilliant invention of mine will reach the market soon and will be a good price to.Please tel me your opinion regarding my invention if i do not ask much.I will start to post very good recipes which use double boiler. If you start to make this deserts you will never go to the store and buy cakes made with frosting using CRISCO which is very unhealthy.I am trying to post many little secrets which will help you solve every day problem's which come up.Talk to you soon!

NEW BREAKTHROUGH in kitchen ware.
In 2007 on Christmas Eve my invention was born. Now i want my dream to become real. My E-Z Master Double Boiler Mixing Bowl to be in everybody kitchen. E-Z Master is a attachment to any stand mixer, household or commercial. Cooks will be free from stirring long time when they need to use double boiler technique. Attached to a mixer and let the mixer do the work. With a Angel investor help, we will build a big business and big profit. I'm confident that in the next five years every restaurant, hotel and bakery would have a E-Z Master Double Boiler Mixing Bowl. As far as the household would goes, at least 30%-50% household would most likely will have this bowl in their kitchen.
Double boilers are generally used for things that need gentle heat. Good for melting chocolate, making custard-based ice creams, heating milk, cake icings, making egg based sauces such as zabaglione, hollandaise and bernaise, keeping things such as mashed potatoes hot, etc. .
Every cook needs a double boiler(posted article by a chef)
"Double boilers are two-pan arrangements with a single lid fitting the top pan. The top pan fits tightly around the circumference of the bottom pan and extends down into the lower pan, but does not touch bottom.
The top pan is set over simmering water in the lower pan for the purpose of holding or cooking heat sensitive foods like custards, delicate sauces, and chocolate.
When multi-tasking in the kitchen the double boiler's holding ability is a valuable asset. Just about any recipe with a liquid content can be held without worry for extended periods of time.
Every active cook should have one or more double boilers. Regrettably they are not the easiest kitchen utensil to find".

Five residents, ranging in age from 85 to 97, currently live with us as part of our extended family.
